Refund Process for Returns?

Once your return request is confirmed, our logistics partner will pick up your order within 3 working days. Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after we receive confirmation of the return pickup.
Refund Timeline:
• Prepaid Orders → Refunded directly to the original payment source.
• COD Orders → Refunded via a Razorpay Payout link (you can select the preferred payment mode).
For partial refunds, the amount will be refunded in the same proportion as received.
